This is my #GlasgowCharacters page, where various personages from the imaginings of my mind are displayed in ink format, sometimes known as drawings.  Anyone who thinks these drawings refer to themselves or believe themselves visually libelled, need not take legal advice…they do not refer to you; however if you would like to be immortalised as a Glasgow Character, I will be delighted to illustrate you on notepad paper.  I work exclusively with a black pen and a notepad and each drawing takes me seconds, sometimes several minutes, to complete.  Due to the volume of Glasgow Characters I initially numbered them, but have stopped this practice…also, if you search #GlasgowCharacters on Twitter you may be able to find some which are not on this site.  I now present, The Ironic Beggar…The Dishevelled Vampire, The Glum Man Holding a Map, The Disaster Nostalgist, and many more…
